Jeremy Clarkson forced to tighten security after THIEVES target farm

The former Top Gear host purchased Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington, Oxfordshire back in 2008 and has since been the focus of his popular Amazon Prime show, Clarkson’s Farm.
The farm shop reopened on March 1 after being closed over the Christmas period, which was met with excitement from fans online.
However, the 64-year-old revealed in his The Sun column that drones were recently spotted “scouting the house and the farmyard” and that police have insisted he ensures his security systems are up to date.

He wrote: “Two weeks ago, five men in a van came into the farmyard. They checked out the security cameras and asked Kaleb [Cooper] how many dogs were on the site.
Kaleb Cooper (Image: Plank PR) “I reported this to the police who said the plates on the van had been cloned. More worryingly, on two separate nights in the last week, a drone has been spotted, scouting the house and the farmyard.”
He said the police told him it “does look like we are being recced by wrong ’uns”.
However, Mr Clarkson promised that “anyone who tries to burgle us is going to have their eardrums turned into a blood-speckled gooey mush” by the dozen guinea fowl birds he owns.

This comes after it was revealed that Mr Clarkson’s right-hand man, Mr Cooper, is almost a millionaire thanks to his newfound fame.
After soaring to celebrity status for his appearance on Clarkson’s Farm, the latest accounts from Mr Cooper’s companies show his net worth is nearing £1million.
Although originally earning a “pittance” – he once admitted to paying himself just 50p per day, and began working on a dairy farm at the age of 13 – the Chipping Norton local has now found success with production companies and book deals.
