Hamas will return the bodies of four Israelis that were taken hostage on the October 7, 2023 attacks on Thursday, setting up what Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called a “heartbreaking” day for Israel. Among the four hostages are Ariel and Kfir Bibas, who were 4 years old and 9 months old when they were taken captive, their mother Shiri, and Oded Lifshitz, who was 83 when he was abducted. Hamas is set to release six more hostages on Saturday, in accordance with the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
